This blog is going to be an ongoing art project. I read months ago about a woman who took a single picture every day (this was on an old-fashioned 35mm, nonetheless) for a whole year. She compiled them into an album, and discovered that she had created quite the documentary of her life. This was something that I wanted to try, but only recently have I gotten a digital camera. (I'm chronically techno-late). I figured that instead of using my old 35mm, I could create a blog with digital pictures for a year. Simpler, cheaper, and easy to share. Just something for fun, and 2009 promises to be a great year to document in this manner, for myriad reasons that will become clear to all soon enough.
That said, I'm a little early in setting up, so there will likely be a few photos of this, the tail end of 2008. To get me into the habit of taking and uploading, and to help me learn how to set up this bloggy art project. I'm pretty jazzed about this-hope anyone following enjoys the ride!
