I found this painting on top of the dumpster outside my workplace 6 years ago or so. There were several broken canvas and some art supplies stuffed inside the dumpster as well. I just had this image of a tormented artist frustrated with his own perfectionism. Or maybe someone broke up with someone and drama ensued. In any case, the painting was in good condition so I brought it into my home. I love looking at it and imaging its backstory.
I mean, imagining its backstory. :-)
